In the case of bimetallic barrel for melt, the carbon tungsten containing has been rasied from
the previous 10% to 30% and 50% now, the processing length increased from 3000mm to 4000mm.
JWELL adopts new generation technology HP/HVOF totally bimetallic coating spraying instead of PTA ridge spraying welding. WPT1 anti-corrosion type application: nylon, PVC,PC,PMMA etc. WPT2 resistant wearing and high tempera true application: nylon with glass fiber magnetic powder, Al Mg powder, Bakelite injection and etc. WPT3 has WPT1 and WPT2 advantages.

A1. By TT, L/C at sight or Alibaba trade assurance. 30% down payment should be paid after contract is valid, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

Q4. If the machine some parts is broken one day, how can we get help from you?
A4. We will send you spare parts free of charge If they are in warranty, not including easy-broken parts. For easy-broken parts, we will only charge a cost fee.
